DAY 2
We invite you to take a cultural and gastronomic tour in Faro and discover the typical flavours of the region. The capital of the Algarve has a rich history, culture and costume related to different people among the years. The presence of Phoenicians, Romans, Visigoths, Moors, Christians and Jews, is still well present in the city. During this 5-hour tour, you will discover typical alleys, viewpoints, the old city and the mysterious Bones Chapel. Along the way will be made several stops to taste delicacies and regional sweets.

DAY 3
Today will start early in the morning, leaving at 9 am to Alte, a rural village located near Loulé. The picturesque village is located between the Barrocal and the mountain range of Serra do Caldeirão, and it is known as the most typical village of the whole Algarve. During the visit, you will taste some regional sweets and visit the famous Vigário waterfall. Next, a visit to an artisanal cheese factory will be held in Salir, where you can make your own cheese. And after a typical lunch, you will be able to experience a liquor tasting from a local producer.
In the middle of the afternoon, we begin the walk at Fonte da Benémola, an easy pedestrian trail, with 4km. The place is crossed by Ribeira de Menalva and stands out for its location in a zone of transition between the Algarve coast and the mountains. The last stop is the Roman Bridge of Tôr.

DAY 4
Free day. Just relax or discover the region on your own.
Optional Activity – We suggest that you enjoy an Algarvian Cataplana Workshop with a professional chef. Learn how to make this traditional dish and at the end get delighted by this delicacy and keep the recipe to make at home or teach your friends.
